Cassy's Living Your Best Life through Shamanic Wisdom Series
@cassysonruby we believe every Individual has the Personal Choice, Ability, and Responsibility to Empower themselves to Live their Best Life. These classes are facilitated by Shawna Mitchell-Hayhurst
These Classes are "stand alone" so you are not required to attend all the classes in the Series. Every Class however is designed to add to your understanding and ability to Live Your Best Life.
Part Two is the “Good Medicine Series.”
The Second course in the series is “ Gemstone & Plant Medicine.”
Co- facilitated by Shawna Mitchell-Hayhurst & Cyndi Hughs, this class we will explore the Indigenous Shamanic understanding that gemstones and plants are spirits within themselves. When working with them for Good Medicine purposes, one must be aware of the understanding that you are entering into a threefold relationship, which consists of your spirit, the plant or gemstone spirit, and Creator God/Cosmic Consciousness. It is through this understanding & these relationships we are able to bring Balance & Healing to ourselves and further be supported in Living Our Best Life .
KNOWLEDGE is Empowering.
***Please bring a Pendulum if you have one, otherwise, one will be provided for you .

Cyndi Hughs has been a nurse for 46 years and a nurse practitioner for 30. Her interest in "alternative medicine" was peaked in the early 1990s. At that time she did a one year apprenticeship with Linda Green that included an introduction to Reiki, Yoga, aromatherapy, flower essences, crystals, and herbalism. Over the years she focused on herbalism, taking classes with herbalists such as Rosemary Gladstar, Susun W**d, Jeannie Rose and Rosita Arvigo. In 2016 she wanted to focus more on herbs of the Southwest and do more field work so she spent a year under the tutelage of New Mexico herbalist, Michael Cottingham. These classes were field based in the mountains and desserts of New Mexico and Arizona.
She will be sharing her experiences on the Sacred relationship between people and plants.
