Join me, Rachel Hubbard – a qualified specialist with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science – for a lively and engaging class designed to boost your strength, posture, and overall well-being. I’ve created this programme to address the physical changes that come with ageing, helping you feel empowered and in control of your health.

When: Every Thursday, 12:00 – 12:45 pm
Where: Waunfawr Community Hall
What to Bring: Please bring your own weights (kettlebells or dumbbells). The class can also be done without weights while you learn the technique.
