Together, we’ll gather in circle & weave:
🌿 Gentle Kundalini mantra meditation
🌿 Energy clearing & expansion
🌿 Natural sharing circle as we feel, & soul connection
🌿 Sauna heat & sea cleansing (optional dip!)
🌿 Sunset sip ~ a light, lunar-inspired elixir
This is a gathering for remembering your own rhythm, returning to your body, & aligning with the full energy of the full moon! ✨

We'll meet by the sauna/beach from 6.40pm onwards for 7.00pm start, I look forward to seeing you there! x
Please bring:
*A bottle of drinking water
*A yoga mat to sit on (we won't need full stretch of the mat as such)/ a blanket to be cosy, cushion if you'd like one etc.
*Comfy clothing + layers to keep warm enough to start
*Swim wear + towel as you like for sauna/sea dip/paddle!
*Your true wonderful self + anything you'd like to release +transmute into a better feeling!
