This is not your average workout. We’re talking proper disco beats mixed with the occasional cheeky chart hit. Think 70s, 80s and even a little 90s, with a sprinkle of something newer just to keep things fresh. You’ll groove, step, shimmy and smile your way through an hour that feels more party than fitness class.
🚶♀️ All Moves Welcome
You don’t need rhythm. You don’t need to know any routines. Just bring yourself, your sense of humour, and a willingness to move. The choreography is easy to follow, with lots of chances to do your own thing. No judgement, just joy.

Most of the session is low-impact and joint-friendly, but if you want to go for it, there are always options to turn up the energy. Need to take it down a notch? That’s cool too. It’s your workout, your way.
