Welcome to AbeRAStwyth – a brand new summer 5K series hosted by Aberystwyth Town Football Club, taking place on:

This officially measured course is flat and fast, looping around Blaendolau — perfect for football clubs, PB chasers, and social runners alike. Competitive, fun, and accessible to all levels, it's an ideal summer challenge.

With three races across the summer, it’s a great way to stay fit, track your progress, and if you're a footballer, be ready to hit the ground running when the new season kicks off.
