🌗 First Quarter Moon Yoga, Guided Meditation & Sound Bath 🌗

The First Quarter Moon, also known as the Half Moon. During this phase, you may begin to see your intentions and goals start to take shape and flourish. However, it’s also a time when obstacles can naturally arise. Staying grounded, balanced, and connected to your vision is key.

In this yoga class, we’ll focus on opening and expanding the body to help you cultivate balance, strength, and focus, both physically and mentally. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to be welcoming to all levels—no experience needed! Taking care of yourself through movement, breath, and mindfulness is essential for staying clear and aligned as you navigate challenges.

We’ll end the class with a soothing singing bowl meditation to help you integrate the practice and find inner peace. 🌙✨
