New Moon Yoga, Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Join Lori for a deeply restorative and calming yoga session, perfectly attuned to the energy of the New Moon. This active hatha yoga practice honors the moon’s natural rhythm, inviting you to slow down, recharge, and reflect—just as the moon dims her light to rest and renew.

We’ll explore grounding, introspective poses, particularly forward folds, guiding you to turn inward and mirror the moon's energy as we plant the seeds for new beginnings. After the rejuvenating flow, we’ll transition into a peaceful guided meditation with chakra singing bowls to nurture and solidify your intentions.

To close, we’ll gather in a circle where you’ll have the opportunity to burn your written intentions in a cauldron, releasing them into the universe with sacred intention.
