Chi Kung in Stillness & Flow: Awaken Your Inner Energy
Zhan Zhuang, a form of standing meditation in Qigong, typically involves five basic postures, each designed to cultivate different aspects of energy flow and body awareness. These postures, while seemingly simple, require focused attention to detail and mindful breathing. The idea is to harmonize the body’s energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a grounded inner presence.
This session will guide you through simple yet powerful movements that anyone can access — no prior experience needed.
