This retreat is in an urban setting in ancient citycentre of Zutphen and thus there will be an opportunity to go deeper into the meditation in a city environmment,
which is more challenging.
The retreat will conclude with a Silence Sweatlodge Ceremony in Nature to bring in more depth into this purification process.
About the sweatlodge :
Date : Saturday 30 August 9.00 to 21.00
� Location : Schapedijk 7 Veldhoek
Participation in the sweatlodge is optional and can also be joined independent from the retreat.
Meaning, one can choose to
1) attend only the retreat,
2) attend both the retreat and Sweatlodge or
3) attend only the Sweatlodge.
