Yin/ Yang Yoga lesson

�Hello Yogis, I have exciting news�

Starting next Monday (17.3.), I'm offering my own weekly Yin/Yang Yoga class again! This class blends the best of both worlds: dynamic, flowing Vinyasa elements to energize the body and deep, releasing Yin stretches to calm the mind and lengthen the fascia.

I teach with a holistic approach, meaning my classes go beyond just movement. We focus on body, mind, and soul, creating a space for balance, well-being, and self-connection.
