Please note: Christa and Amandeep guide this retreat with passion from their lived experience as a heterosexual woman and a heterosexual man. The teachings draw from classical tantric frameworks, which often speak in terms of masculine and feminine energies. We honor these as universal polarities that exist within all beings, regardless of gender or orientation.

MEET THE TEACHERS
Swami Amandeep, a certified Tantra Teacher and faculty at Tantra Essence, integrates his deep study with Ma Ananda Sarita, Osho meditations, and diverse healing modalities.
Founder of Waiheke Mystery School and Shiva Shakti Festival, his teachings illuminate the path to self-realization and inner transformation.
Christa Denz is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and certified Tantra Teacher trained under Ma Ananda Sarita at the Tantra Essence School as well as the Embodied Awakening Academy. She creates sacred spaces for deep transformation, guiding others into embodied presence and authentic connection. Blending ancient wisdom with grounded, experiential practices, Christa supports you to awaken your vitality, emotional depth, and joy — and to live from your true essence.
