THU: 7.30-9.00 PM Kyokushinkai Karate (TBZ School: Ausstellungsstrasse 70, 8005 Zürich)

SAT: 12.00 - 02.00 PM Ichi-Geki/Fighting Class (Sports Complex Josef, Josefstrasse 219, 8005 Zürich)
