Cultivate the relationship with yourself first, in order to show presence for others.
The dynamic that we explore under the Full Moon in Aries is the astrological pairing of Aries and Libra – the Aries-ruled ‘me’ and the Libra-ruled ‘we.’ Perhaps you learned to stand alone, hypervigilant against connection because relationships felt too painful. Alternatively, maybe you were encouraged to abandon yourself to maintain connection – falling into people pleasing as it sometimes happens, we all do. This is a session to rebalance our emotional state, a reflection on how we show up for ourselves and others, on what needs to be released to create space – a reconnection with the two polarities, creating clarity on the relationship with the “me” and “we” – embrace both individuality and connection without constraints.
This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to cultivate CLARITY AND EMOTIONAL RELEASE. This session will start with the perfect combination of restorative yoga poses to fully land in the space, followed by a yummy yoga nidra session with a heavy focus on opposites in body and spirit – to create space. Mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will be added to facilitate energy flow – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.
