the end of year practice, part 1 - SUPERMOON
To celebrate the expansive, manifestive energy of the end of the year, I am very looking forward to share two special end of year practices in December. We start with a powerful Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing practice in Zurich on this supermoon in Gemini, followed by live journaling and intention setting for 2026 with live sounds. I believe that the stories we tell ourselves have impact on how we move forward. The last bits of this class are an opportunity to reflect on this past year and already dream on for 2026 outside your usual environment. To do so you will receive a FULL MOON RITUAL GOODIE BAG, which includes a high quality vegan leather dream journal and journaling prompts for our session.
On this full moon we leave the attachment to our relationship with uncertainty. The compulsive need to know — especially when, deep down, none of us knows as much as we might think. Not everything carries hidden meaning and not every question demands an answer. We can however, return to the present moment and cultivate openness to the beauty of mistery and what’s yet to come – there is so much on our way!
This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to cultivate MANIFESTATION. Mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will be added to facilitate energy flow – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.
