This is not a typical cooking class. On December 5th, we invite you to join us for an evening of exploring mezze and look into the stories behind the dishes. How they were born out of generosity and the philosophy of sharing in the warm, rustic Mühlerama Museum. This unique space reflects the spirit of our atelier: authentic, welcoming, and rooted in the Mediterranean.
Together, we’ll explore the world of Palestinian mezze with delicate Italian touches. We’ll begin by preparing pita bread from scratch — soft, blistered, and made to be shared. Then we’ll craft a curated selection of seasonal small plates: dips, salads, herbs, and vegetables layered with flavor and memory.
Throughout the experience, we’ll share the stories that shaped these foods — from the olive groves of Palestine to the coastal kitchens of Naples. 
This is more than a cooking class. It’s a cultural journey. An evening to slow down, connect, and celebrate what happens when people come together around a table.
We’ll close by sharing the full meal we’ve prepared — no hierarchy, no rush, just warmth."
Basma & Grazia bring together the rich, soul-deep traditions of Palestinian and Neapolitan cuisines in a way that goes far beyond recipes. Rooted in the olive groves of Palestine and born in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, our atelier is a celebration of shared culture, deep memory, and the universal language of food.
