Across this weekend, Rocío will guide us through three powerful themes designed for followers to deepen their dance, break patterns, and find their own unique voice:
A. Strength in Motion
Alignment, inner awareness, safe and powerful walking, weight transfer, tone, and tension. Body training for a strong and fluid dance.
B. Breaking the Mold
Revisiting ochos, boleos, crosses, and turns — learning to move beyond automatic execution into fresh expression.
C. Dancing with Your Own Voice
Exploring independence of movement, creative use of adornments, and how to colour your dance with intuition and personal style.
