Originally developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself teaches practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership tools to unlock your full potential at work and in life.

Search Inside Yourself takes an evidence-based approach combining neuroscience, attention-training and emotional intelligence. The program provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in life or at work. We start with a foundation of mindfulness, and build the core emotional intelligence domains that lead to outstanding leadership.

SIY is aimed at specialists and managers, teams at all levels and people in their professional and personal development. The program supports them to be more effective in their work, to strengthen their leadership qualities and emotional intelligence and to find more satisfaction in their work and life.

Search Inside Yourself has been described as "life changing". It allows for deep transformations through accessible and practical content. The tools, practices, resources and exercises you'll learn in the Search Inside Yourself program will help to:

SIY starts with a highly interactive two-day in-person training followed by a four-week online journey and a capstone webinar. It is highly interactive, including experiential exercises, dyads, group conversations, attention-training practices and writing activities.

The interactive program includes the following topics:

• Insight into the neuroscientific foundations of the effects of mindfulness and emotional intelligence
• A 'deep dive' into the 5 competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, leadership
• Simple business-suitable exercises for attention control, clear focus, emotional balance, empathy and motivation
• Integration of beneficial mental habits into everyday work and leadership for a lasting positive effect

Yves, a former Head of HR in a large global corporation, is the founder of The Mindfulness Company with a purpose of bringing the benefits of mindfulness and emotional intelligence for leaders to the workplace, and the world. Alexandra is a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher, mindfulness trainer, and mental coach with over a decade of international leadership experience. Search Inside Yourself is officially approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 19 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits (8 Core Competencies, 11 Resource Development).

How do I get to the event and what about parking?

We recommend arriving by public transportation. The venue Headquarter - the Artistic is located close to the tram station 'Stockerstrasse' and just a few minutes away from Enge train station. Public Parking is available at Parkhaus Bleicherweg.
