As we reach the heart chamber of Compassion and Grace in this playful Movement Medicine™ journey, it is time to send our Dancing Fools on an embodied inquiry through the whole heart.
How well do I know and feel my own fear, anger, sadness, joy What is my relationship with each of these chambers? Can I own these emotions? Where is it easier to feel compassion for myself and others, and where is it more difficult? How do we find compassion for what is, AND recognise what we may want to change?
The Dancing Fool can bring us back into curiosity and creativity, whatever we encounter. Out of stuck places and back into movement. They can help us find shapes through the body for whatever we're feeling, without judging what is right or wrong.
This will be a blend of guided, playful exercises, a ritual space to dance in with each other's support, and opportunities to share your experiences.
