This Sunday, let’s dance our way into the chamber of Anger and Integrity, supported by the elements of fire and right after this year’s Summer Solstice. ☀️

How does (or doesn’t!) the energy of anger move through your body? How can it strengthen your sense of integrity? How can you dance with it in a responsible and maybe even pleasurable way?

Bring your body, curiosity, water bottle and comfortable clothes to move freely in.

No previous experience, but self-care and responsibility necessary. This is not an equivalent or substitute for therapy.
