Join us for our monthly Munay Ceremony series and embark on an interactive journey of self-discovery.

Each session begins with meditation, where we invite and connect with the sacred energy of ceremonial cacao. This will be followed by gentle, grounding movement to open our bodies and hearts.

Authentic Relating, a practice of conscious communication, is thoughtfully woven into the experience, creating space for meaningful connections and heart-centered community.
