Continuing in our Hakka Boxing series, our upcoming course is White Eyebrow (Pak Mei) 1.
In this 1 year course, you will:
-learn the training and application theory of Cheung Lai Chuen's Pak Mei,
-learn the art's foundational stepping and power development drills,
-learn Pak Mei's power-development form, Jik Bo (直步標指 "straight step, thrusting fingers"),
-learn the movements and fighting application of the following classical fighting sets:
--Ying Jow Sup Jee Kou Da (鷹爪十字扣打, "Eagle Claw Cross Pattern Seize and Strike"),
--Som Moon (三門拳, "Three Doors Hammer"),
--Dei Saat (地煞拳, "Earth Demon"),
--Dai Jang Gwan (大陣棍, "Battlefield Staff")

The course will cover, in 52 lessons, the first year curriculum for Hakka White Eyebrow (Pak Mei) as taught by Sifu Russ Smith.
Training will consist of warmups, solo basics, forms, and two-person training.
Zoom details will be sent to each individual prior to the class starting via DM from Burinkan Martial Arts.
