Horse-Guided Labyrinth Adventure Workshop

Choose one of our Therapy Horses and our Certified Trauma Informed Equine Professionals for a walking meditation. You choose a prayer, intention, question or just have an open mind as you walk with your horse guide through a labyrinth in our horse arena. Research shows that this exercise reduces stress, quiets mind chatter, and supports people to access insight, wisdom, and divine support.
