Join us for a deeply restorative evening combining the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing benefits of community acupuncture.
We’ll begin with Yin Yoga session designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Then, you’ll settle into an acupuncture rest—targeting stress relief, energy balance, and deep relaxation.
✨ No prior yoga or acupuncture experience needed
✨ Mats and props provided (or bring your own)
✨ Space is limited – pre-registration required
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and recharged.
