Mindfulness and BreathWork Course For Kids

During these 5 weeks Children will learn breath work techniques, emotion regulation and the importance of the present moment. With lots of activities and mindful movement. Sessions done by Ali Lauri Rodo that has B.A.(honors) in Early Childhood Education, an MBCT Trainer with EFT and Mindfulness Centre UK and a Breath work coach in training with School Breathe UK.
