It is an powerful process of downloading our Divine Self!
This workshop is a process of profound inner healing. It combines free movement, ecstatic dance, energy work, heart-opening processes, and body-oriented psychotherapy techniques and exercises.

When we go deeper within ourselves, we discover our Divine essence—a place of deep connection, love, freedom, and miracles. Living from this place allows life to become truly magical.
This jewel, however, is often hidden behind our fears, insecurities, and limited perceptions. It is also obscured by the belief that we are not enough as we are, in this very moment.
Through this practice, we release blockages—suppressed emotions, physical tensions, traumas, stress, and fear—and allow ourselves to be free. We return to our authentic selves. In doing so, we touch our truth and express it freely through movement, voice, and deep breathing. It is a sacred healing journey that helps us reconnect with our Divine Self.
What makes this workshop unique is its ability to make you aware of your limitations, insecurities, fears, and subconscious limiting beliefs, while also providing the healing space to transform them. We do this in a safe and supportive environment. Ultimately, through loving presence, we alchemize our limitations, insecurities, and fears into strength, flow, focus, freedom, and inner power.

Ova radionica je proces dubokog unutarnjeg iscjeljenja. Kombinira slobodno kretanje, ekstatični ples, energetski rad, procese otvaranja srca i tehnike i vježbe psihoterapije usmjerene na tijelo.

Kada dublje zađemo u sebe, otkrivamo svoju Božansku bit - mjesto duboke povezanosti, ljubavi, slobode i čuda. Život s ovog mjesta omogućuje da život postane zaista čaroban.
Međutim, ovaj dragulj često je skriven iza naših strahova, nesigurnosti i ograničenih percepcija. Također je zasjenjen uvjerenjem da nismo dovoljni takvi kakvi jesmo, u ovom trenutku.
Kroz ovu praksu oslobađamo se blokada - potisnutih emocija, fizičkih napetosti, trauma, stresa i straha - i dopuštamo si da budemo slobodni. Vraćamo se svom autentičnom ja. Pritom dotičemo svoju istinu i slobodno je izražavamo pokretom, glasom i dubokim disanjem. To je sveto iscjeliteljsko putovanje koje nam pomaže da se ponovno povežemo s našim Božanskim Ja.
Ono što ovu radionicu čini jedinstvenom jest njezina sposobnost da vas osvijesti o vašim ograničenjima, nesigurnostima, strahovima i podsvjesnim ograničavajućim uvjerenjima, a istovremeno pruža iscjeliteljski prostor za njihovu transformaciju. To radimo u sigurnom i podržavajućem okruženju. U konačnici, kroz ljubavnu prisutnost, alkemiziramo svoja ograničenja, nesigurnosti i strahove u snagu, protok, fokus, slobodu i unutarnju moć.
