AfterEgo Chronicles kicks off its first techno episode this May.
On deck: Pres and Vazdaisti, residents of Zagreb's Kongres Kolektiv, known for curating stripped-down, tense sets that turn dance floors into trenches. Their sound? Twisted, raw and layered storytelling.
Alongside them, sliP_22 from the Zagreb thunder provides tight, hypnotic control — tailored selection and sharp style. The home front is held by Roberto Brignani, with his signature deep-driving pulse that has anchored the local circuit since day one.
Zadar will be served techno without compromise.
Kongres Kolektiv is a Zagreb-based platform and collective committed to promoting raw, uncompromising techno and creating spaces for authentic underground club experiences. With a focus on depth, community, and a DIY spirit, Kongres has carved out a distinctive identity within Croatia's electronic scene.
Over the past two years, Kongres has firmly established itself as a key player in the local techno scene. The collective has released five successful records through its own label, which have garnered global support. With over 40 events under its belt, Kongres has brought international talent such as Grace Dahl, Spekki Webu, Benza and Vilchezz to Zagreb.
Residents Pres and Vazdaisti have also taken their sound to Berlin, and in June, they’ll be taking their techno to Leeds, further solidifying their reputation on the global stage.
