May Tango Festival isn’t only WORKSHOPS and MILONGAS. It is also an interesting cultural event with a theatre performance.


Fiery tango will once again appear on the stage of Teatr Nowy!
It has become a tradition that at the end of May Teatr Nowy in Zabrze transforms into our local Buenos Aires.


We invite you to the music and dance performance “Tango, I love you!”
A concert performed by renowned Argentine musicians Orquesta Típica ANDARIEGA, who shine on the international stage, graced by a show with world-famous dancers from Argentina, Uruguay, Croatia and Poland!


Tango is not only a dance, but also a culture and a lifestyle. It is synonymous with strong feelings, love, obsession, often so strong that they deprive us of control over our lives. Argentine tango is a very sensual dance, full of closeness and passion, and at the same time elegance.
It will also be a story, because the performance “Tango, I love you” has many stories about emotions and events. Sometimes about infatuation, sometimes about longing, most often about love, including the difficult and painful kind. One thing is certain – it will be moving and beautiful.

A tango band with soul


Orquesta Típica ANDARIEGA is an Argentine tango orchestra, which consists of talented musicians dedicated to the tradition and passion of tango. Since its formation, the band has gained recognition both in Argentina and around the world, thanks to its unique style and virtuosity.


The band was founded in Buenos Aires, the heart of tango, by a group of young musicians who were united by their love for this musical genre. Drawing inspiration from classical tango orchestras, Orquesta Típica ANDARIEGA aims to preserve and develop the tradition of tango, while introducing its own, unique arrangements.


The style of Orquesta Típica ANDARIEGA is a combination of passion, energy and melancholy, which are characteristic of tango. The group performs both classic tango pieces and their own compositions, which reflect contemporary influences and musical experiments. Characteristic of the group is the use of traditional instruments such as the bandoneon, violin, piano and double bass, which create a rich and emotional sound.


Orquesta Típica ANDARIEGA has performed on many prestigious stages and festivals, both in Argentina and abroad. The group has won numerous awards and distinctions for its unique interpretations of tango. The members of the group are also active as teachers and promoters of tango, conducting workshops and courses for new generations of tango lovers.

Będzie to też opowieść, bo spektakl “Kocham tango” to wiele historii o emocjach i wydarzeniach. Czasem o zauroczeniu, czasem o tęsknocie, najczęściej o miłości, w tym tej trudnej i bolesnej. Jedno jest pewne – będzie wzruszająco i pięknie.

Zespół został założony w Buenos Aires, sercu tanga, przez grupę młodych muzyków, których połączyła miłość do tego gatunku muzycznego.
