Transplant: Healing in the Mapuche Diaspora through the Pewen

This performance seeks to engage in a reciprocal healing process with the Pewen, stemming from the fact that both the arbst and the tree currently inhabit land that is not their place of origin. By finding themselves in this diaspora, they aim to create a shared imaginary and spiritual space. Through the arbst’s voice, research involving sounds from Mapuche territory, tradibonal jewelry, imagined sounds, and the gentle touch and interacbon between the arbst and the Pewen, the performance aims to evoke a sensibve and emobonal atmosphere.
