行程概述：頂埔站→ 大暖尖山(289M、三等三角點一○八一號) → 火焰山(373M)→ 善息寺後山午休 → 石門內尖東峰(410M、台北縣政府GE62四等控制點) → 石門內尖山(408M、土地調查局圖根點) → 十八羅漢岩(302M、台北縣政府編號GE70四等控制點) → 成福山(241M、土地調查局圖根點) → 長壽山(180M)→出玉皇宮。
全程約12K、7小時行程，午餐請自理，請著雨鞋。
