Come join us at Bella & Yang for a delightful veggie cooking class infused with Tao Wisdom! Learn how to create delicious plant-based dishes while incorporating the ancient principles of Taoism. Our experienced chefs will guide you through the process, sharing their expertise and insights on mindful cooking. Whether you're a seasoned veggie lover or just curious about plant-based cuisine, this class is perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary horizons. During the session, the main dish will be taught, and everyone will have the opportunity to actively participate in the fun cooking and preparation process! While time is limited, other side dishes will be presented for you to explore, though they won’t be covered in detail. It’s going to be a hands-on, enjoyable experience for all!

Participants please bring your own lunch box and water bottle.

Tienshin Temple, a non-profit organization, promotes a plant-based diet and wisdom sharing. Suggest donation is $12 per person, to cover fresh food ingredients, utilities, and supplies.
