Yountville Breathwork and Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a breathwork session and sound bath.

Hosted by Journey Beyond Sound and the Yountville Library, this deeply restorative experience embraces the energy of the early autumn season — a time to reflect, release, and embrace the changes of the season.

The breathwork session, led by Brandt Miller, uses conscious connected breathing to calm and awaken the nervous system, creating the ideal space for healing and renewal. Through rhythmic breath, somatic practices, and guided inner journeying, we’ll gently explore the landscape of the mind and body—acknowledging both challenges and strengths. Breath will be our medicine, supporting a clear and intentional step into this season of transformation.

Following breathwork, you will journey with a soothing, meditative sound bath provided by Journey Beyond Sound. With symphonic gong, crystal bowls, flutes, and tribal instruments, the sound waves will wash over you, creating a boundless space of peace and restoration. A duo of musicians will guide your journey, inviting you to melt into the healing vibrations and deep inner calm.

This program begins promptly. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start time.
