Stop just "running" your business. Start leading it.
You’ve made it past the startup phase. You have the brand, the customers, and the momentum—but if you’re honest, the "messy middle" is starting to feel heavy. You’re working harder than ever, yet you know there are gaps in your strategy, your margins, and your systems that are draining your energy and stalling your growth.
This isn’t a "dream big" inspiration circle. This is a tactical, practical, mini-MBA style crash course designed specifically for the established entrepreneur—those roughly in years 2–7 of business. This is the "sweet spot" where you have your act together, but need the high-level tools to bridge the gaps and scale with soul.
The "Firehose" Sessions:
We are bringing in a powerhouse lineup of experts to deliver the "nitty-gritty" details you actually need to start your spring season strong:
The CEO Mindset: Mastering the "math and the men"—from COGS, margins, and scaling operations to building a "One Team" culture and service-based leadership (led by Melinda, Founder of Shiplap & Sage).
Financial Health & Capital: Navigating business banking, SBA loans, and lines of credit to fuel your growth (featuring Amanda, VP at First Citizens Bank).
Leadership Strategy: Transitioning from solopreneur to a strategic leader who empowers others (featuring Wendy from the Center for Creative Leadership).
The Technical Backend: Systems, web strategy, and tech-sector insights for building a scalable business infrastructure (featuring Andrew, Business Technology Strategist).
Digital Presence: High-impact Social Media strategy and Brand Foundations (featuring Kathryn from What Girls Know Best).
Owned Marketing: Building a customer base you actually own through Email Marketing (featuring Ginger from Intertwined for Good).
The Details:
Catered Lunch: A curated lunch is included with your ticket, generously provided by our Official Lunch Sponsor, First Citizens Bank.
The Venue: Hosted at the beautiful Workspace Provisions, a central hub for local innovation located conveniently on Capital Blvd.
The Community: Connect with local leaders, including insights from the Economic Development office on regional resources available to help your business thrive.
Is this for you?
This intensive is for the business owner who is ready to move from "doing everything" to leading a team and scaling systems. Because we are diving straight into advanced tactics and "firehose" levels of detail, this workshop is not recommended for those in the pre-launch or brand-ideation phase. Seats are strictly capped at 50.
The Fine Print:
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the limited capacity and the upfront costs of materials and catering, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are fully transferable—if you are unable to attend, you may gift or sell your seat to another entrepreneur. Please notify us of any name changes at least 48 hours before the event.
