Whether you just found out you are expecting...

Whether you’ve never danced or are a seasoned dancer...

WHAT:
Dance, connect with other mamas, move your body in a fun way, and connect with your little one through rhythm & movement.

**Dance is a physical activity, please consult your healthcare provider if you have any question as to whether or not dance classes are right for you during your pregnancy.**

WHEN:
Thursdays, 5pm
