Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and restoration. The Reiki system already lives within us we simply awaken and deepen it through attunement and practice.

Over the weekend, we’ll explore:
What Reiki is and where it comes from
The Usui Reiki lineage and foundational principles
Self-treatment and how to offer Reiki to others
The chakra system and energy awareness
How to hold safe, grounded space
4 individual attunements to Reiki energy

A comprehensive manual to support your journey
Guided meditations, reflection, and integration time
Hands-on practice and personalised support
