Yoga for All Abilities Training

We’re thrilled to travel to MAINE to announce a powerful opportunity to expand your practice and your heart.

This workshop is a TWO day 24-hour immersive experience with virtual learning opportunties and live discussions designed for certified yoga instructors, teacher trainees, and healthcare professionals working with those experiencing Intellecutal and/or Developmental disabilities.

Learn how to blend accessible yoga, trauma-informed practices, and disability awareness to create empowering and safe spaces for everyBODY and everyABILITY.

What you’ll explore:

• Disability history, advocacy & true allyship
• Breathing, sound & mindfulness techniques
• Social-emotional practices & accessible yoga poses
• Teaching to diverse group settings
• Medical & anatomical considerations for safety
