About the event

Yoga Classes with Yoga with Davina

Come and join our friendly and accessible yoga classes. Beginners and improvers are very welcome. You can expect:

✨Physical postures (Asanas)
✨Breathwork (Pranayama)
✨Meditation
✨Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

Yoga is beneficial for improving flexibility, strength, balance and posture as well as calming the mind and the nervous system.

⏱ 7 - 8pm starting Tuesday 2nd September
📍 York RI, Hamilton Drive, Holgate, YO24 4NS
💰 £63 for the block of 7 classes or £10 per session
