Josie Thomson, a personal trainer, fitness instructor & passionate advocate for regional & rural sporting events lives in the Wheatbelt town of Goomalling. Together with her husband Scott, an agronomist & owner of Central Ag, they love raising their 3 young kids in a rural community. Movement has become a daily non negotiable in her life & has helped her through many trying times - physically, mentally & emotionally.
