Originating from York, Straw Doll emerged in 2022 with a vision to blend crushing riffs, intricate rhythms, and haunting melodies. Drawing influence from the progressive mastery of Tool, the raw power of Metallica, the sludgy intensity of Mastodon, and the brooding harmonies of Alice in Chains, the band crafts a sound that is both heavy and deeply atmospheric at times.
