Postnatal Reformer Pilates 10-week course

Join us for our next Postnatal Reformer group starting on Friday 28 November.

These classes offer specialised reformer sessions to help re-build and stabilise your core and pelvic floor.

A chance to retrain in a controlled and progressive way to ensure correct strengthening and prevent future injury, focusing on the key areas after pregnancy.

We provide a relaxed atmosphere where baby noise is normal, and feeding breaks are totally fine.

Suitable for 6 - 12 weeks postpartum depending on your delivery, please speak to your GP/midwife at your 6 or 8 week check.

Babies are welcome, judgement is not. This is about movement, support and a few laughs along the way!

This is a 10-week course. Places are limited so we recommend you purchase a Reformer 10 pack membership and book all your classes in advance to reserve your place and save money.
