WEAR BLUE and ENJOY THE FUN AND GAMES ON MOTHER’S DAY with West Coast Cowboys
We are proud to be holding a Mother’s Day Family Event and combined fundraising event for Do It For Dolly Day. (Home | Do It For Dolly Day 2025). Every day, young people across Australia experience the pain of bullying. For many, it’s a constant emotional battle that impacts every area of their life.
Sunday May 11th will be a jammed packed day full of fun, twists and turns to keep both horses, humans and families entertained.
Since it is Mother’s Day all family members are invited (free entry for your family). Bring your hubby / wife / partner, kids, parents, friends or neighbours!
Even if you sadly no longer have a mum or you aren’t a mum yourself it does not matter. Come along and enjoy the day.
There will be team games, individual games and a scavenger hunt. Loads of Prizes to be won plus a face painter for the kids, adults and horses!
We will have a sausage sizzle for lunch which will include can of soft drink for $6 with all proceeds going to Do It for Dolly Day so ensure you put on your entries how many people are coming so we can cater accordingly or email us on

Going to be fantastic fun filled day but wear BLUE for Do It For Dolly Day, where you help spark conversations—and speak up for those who can’t—because we know bullying devastates lives, families, and communities. West Coast Cowboys will be donating 20% of our entry fees for the day to this worthy cause plus all sausage sizzle funds.
Our Club is made up of friendly, supportive members of all level riding skills, always happy to welcome newcomers. All equine/bovine creatures of any experience level are welcome!!! (Yes, you can ride your cow if you wish! Come along and give the obstacles a go!
This Event is applicable to any level, any discipline, In-hand & Ridden!

Members (with Membership Pre-paid) - Adult $30 Child $15 (NOTE: This includes Ground Fees)

Gold coin donation $2 for Morning Tea, drinks will be available to purchase.

Plenty of yards available, no need to book. First in best dressed.
RULES: Please clean up after your horse, i.e. POO & HAY MUST BE PICKED UP & deposited into the Poo Bins!!

9.00am - 9:15am Welcome & Introductions & house rules
9:15am - 10:30am Split into teams and let the fun begin
10.30 - 11.00am - Morning tea
11:00am - 1:00pm – Games continue
1pm-1.30pm Lunch – sausage sizzle $6 per person
1.30pm-3pm - Obstacle play then equipment pack up. This is a great time to show your loved ones what you have been learning.
!!!!!!!!! WHAT TO BRING: Bucket for your horses water (water available), halter & lead rope, Carrot stick-optional, Horses hay/feed. Bring something to share for morning tea. No Eftpos so please bring cash.
