Midlife Hikers evening walk at Fulford

This is a 5.5 mile walk from Fulford that is part urban and part countryside. We follow good tracks and paths across Walmgate Stray, through the army barracks, and down to Millennium Bridge where we stay to the south of the river on Fulford Ings. We will see the back of Bishopthorpe Palace and return via a quiet road into Fulford.

🪧 Meet at the entrance to the cemetery on Fordlands Road, Fulford, YO19 4QG

🅿️ On-street parking on Fordlands Road and other streets nearby

🚌 Frequent buses from York (7, 25/26, 415) and Selby (415)

🐶 Dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times

🍺 After the walk we'll go for a drink at one of Fulford's pubs
