Qigong for Energy Flow – Gentle, intentional movements designed to purge, tonify, and regulate energy, clearing stagnation and restoring balance.

A Medical Qigong Approach – Unlike other Qigong movement classes, we focus on identifying root causes of stress and imbalance, teaching you how to shift your energy with precision.

This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a deeply restorative, meditative, and nourishing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
