- Hypnobirthing breathing and relaxation techniques for calm pregnancy, birth and beyond.
- How to identify and release fear (we all have them when we are pregnant, Dad too) and build calmness using self hypnosis techniques.
- And how to cope with the unexpected, make confident decisions, and keep calm in all situations during your pregnancy, labour and birth.
- Everything you get from a 'standard' antenatal course plus loads more. All in a non-judgemental and supportive to all way.
