Elements Yoga with Amelia: Earth

York Land Trust Director Amelia Nadilo is eager to share her asana practice and guide the class through breath, movement, and stillness in order to deepen the connection to ourselves and our environment. This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class; beginners welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

This is the second of our Elements Yoga series and will hold the theme of earth.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Limited to 15 participants; walk-ins welcome as space allows.
