Info: Before we start chicken processing, we will discuss the ins and outs of raising meat birds. Which types of meat birds are available, where to get meat birds, and how to raise them to butchering age.
Info: Ready for your "bravery test" as painter, Bob Ross, used to say? During the chicken processing, we will learn: what equipment is used, and how to humanely dispatch, pluck and butcher a chicken into meat-ready cuts.
