Balance Workshop For Health and Wellbeing Professionals

Join us for a restorative and practical session designed especially for health and wellbeing professionals.

Hosted by experienced CBT therapists from Well Minds Psychological Therapy Service and an expert Clinical Somatic Educator from Somatic Habit, this event offers down to earth strategies to manage stress, reconnect with your body and rebalance your own wellbeing, because you can't pour from an empty cup.

Expect a mix of insight, gentle movement, and grounded tools to take away. There will also be space to connect with like minded practitioners and share ideas, support and a few laughs.
