Over six nurturing weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga with kindness, curiosity, and no pressure to “get it right.” You’ll learn how to:
🌬 Breathe well with simple, powerful breathwork (pranayama)
🧘♂️ Move with awareness and strength in postures that work for your body
🌿 Build confidence and mobility with sequences you’ll recognise and enjoy
💫 Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the fitness class
📚 Reconnect to your practice if you’ve lost your way
This is a space to ask questions, take your time, and feel truly supported.
