About the event

お肉なしの、冷やしタンタンメン。
みりんを作る際にできるみりん粕のことを「こぼれ梅」と呼びます。見た目がまるで梅の花が満開に咲き誇っているようなことから名づけられました。酒粕よりも高級な食材として江戸時代より重宝されています。

厚木・七沢温泉近くにある「黄金井酒造」では、本格的なみりんを作っています。こちらの「こぼれ梅」を使用して肉みそを作り、担々麺の具にします。びっくりするほどお肉です！
低GI食材としても注目されるみりん粕をもっと身近なものに。ぜひお試しください。
