We are turning 8 - Bring a Mate!
Yeppoon parkrun is turning 8! Help us celebrate and ‘Bring a Mate’ to parkrun.
Surely by now you’ve talked to many friends, family and colleagues about the fun start to Saturdays you’ve been enjoying- it’s time to drag them along!
Just remember parkrun can be completed at your own pace, yes the word run is in the name BUT you can jog, walk, skip, dance, jiggle your way - it’s all the same 5k!
Be sure to encourage newbies to arrive in time for the briefing (6:45) for a 7am start.
Don’t forget to suggest a cuppa or breaky afterwards, that’s what we do it all for right?
