Join us for our next round of salty stepping this Sunday 11.5 for our special Mother’s Day Salty Steps edition. Meet us at 7am on the grass outside The Station on James Street where we’ll set off for our 30minute walk along the beautifully scenic Pineapple Track. Followed with a guided breath meditation to really embrace the goodness of life!✨

Remember to bring your hat, water, sunscreen, kids, yoga mat, doggos, nosy neighbour, aunts/uncles, best friends, cousins, butcher, whoever, and join us for a morning of smiles, laughter and all round good vibes.

Be sure to wear your fresh salty threads and your colourful adidas if you’ve got some (shhh…we’re revealing a fun little secret soon!)
